One of the major design concepts was to make the operational content as visible as possible from the facade entrance. After implementing our "ventilation ceiling system," the entire kitchen became visible from the dining area, allowing chefs to naturally pay attention to hygiene management, resulting in a kitchen that combines beauty and sanitary management. It was a challenging task to meet the requirements for exhaust and intake while also ensuring aesthetic appeal, but through repeated design discussions with the kitchen designers, we achieved a finish that satisfies everyone working in the kitchen.
