We provide precision machining services using cemented carbide and austenitic stainless steel (SUS304 series) as base materials for brazed products. The base material brazed with cemented carbide will undergo precision machining utilizing grinding and electrical discharge machining techniques. The brazed products have been heated in the previous process, which typically results in distortion of the base material. We will perform precision machining that requires strict geometric tolerances while removing the distortion of the base material. Particularly when the base material is made of SUS or other materials with a high coefficient of thermal expansion, significant warping occurs during the brazing process, and new warping can develop during the grinding process, necessitating advanced machining techniques.
