basic information
【Marcheco III / Principle of the Mecacera Device】 ■ Free chlorine (sodium hypochlorite or solid chlorine) is mixed with circulating water and make-up water. ■ A catalytic reaction is obtained by bringing chlorine into contact with Mecacera balls (special ceramics). ■ This reaction produces "Mecacera water." ■ Mecacera water is passed through raw water (circulating water, wastewater, etc.) to exhibit various effects such as the decomposition of organic matter. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Marcheco-III Overview Diagram | The circulating water falling between the filling materials of the cooling tower is collected by the Marceco III system using a water intake device. The collected circulating water is injected into a "chemical dosing tube" made of transparent PVC, where solid chlorine is dissolved to produce chlorine water. The chlorine water merges with the circulating water that has bypassed the bypass and is injected into the horizontally positioned "filling tower" (filled with catalytic ceramics). Inside the filling tower, the chlorine water comes into contact with the catalyst and transforms into a highly oxidative "mechanical ceramic water," flowing into the lower water tank. |

Company information
The main business of SGM Corporation, the "Mecasera System," was developed in 1983 through joint research with Tohoku University. The core technology of this system is the superoxide ion generation method, which is aimed at water quality purification treatment of waste oil and other substances, as well as deodorization, water quality purification, and sludge reduction of sewage and domestic wastewater in agricultural communities and sewer systems. The water purification quality is remarkably stable and low-cost, requiring no modifications to existing equipment, and it can be used semi-permanently as a reliable and robust product. For over 30 years since its launch, there have been numerous achievements, including local governments (agricultural communities), major companies in Japan, and various foreign countries.
