We are currently offering two comprehensive documents (one for general use and one for professionals) that detail the special stainless steel "Silicoalloy," which combines high hardness and high corrosion resistance with characteristics such as high strength, heat resistance, wear resistance, and anti-seizing properties. By actively utilizing silicon (Si), which was traditionally considered an impurity, as a substitute for carbon (C), and further precipitating fine intermetallic compounds, a new material has been created that was previously unimaginable. We have prepared a "Technical Handbook" that clearly explains the characteristics for beginners, and a "Technical Handbook Pro" that contains abundant test data on various properties. Please make use of these as supplementary materials for research and development in Silicoalloy (such as Silicoalloy XVI, Silicoalloy A2, etc.), stainless steel (SUS630, SUS440C, SUS420J2, etc.), and heat treatment technologies.
