This is a compact all-in-one dust collection unit with an electrostatic removal device, ideal for cell production areas and narrow spaces. The dust blown away is collected by the dust collector.
The workbench and compact dust collector are integrated into a compact unit. This small dust collection unit is equipped with an electrostatic removal device suitable for cell production environments. It features a high-performance filter for dry fine dust, ensuring that the exhaust does not contaminate the indoor environment. The front of the work hood is equipped with a transparent acrylic window that can be opened and closed, ensuring splash prevention and good visibility, while designing an optimal opening for smooth loading and unloading of workpieces. Changing the filter inside the dust collector can be easily done by removing the cover at the front. The ion air from the electrostatic removal device creates an ion-balanced atmosphere inside the hood. Two air nozzles are installed, blowing air from the upper left and right towards the center. When a workpiece is held by hand and placed inside the hood, a sensor detects it and automatically starts the air blow. The electrostatic removal device is equipped with an abnormal monitoring function, allowing checks via lamp indicators. The control circuit is designed to turn on the power to the electrostatic removal device only after exhausting the gases filled inside the dust collector hood.
