This is a separate type of dust collection system that connects the work hood and dust collector with duct and connection cables. The work hood and dust collector can be installed separately and freely, making effective use of limited workspace. The dust collector can be stored underneath or at a distance, taking noise reduction into consideration. The top surface of the work hood is made of transparent acrylic, allowing light in and ensuring good visibility, with a wide opening that facilitates the smooth entry and exit of long workpieces. The static electricity removal device is linked to the power supply, maintaining an atmosphere filled with ion air inside the hood at all times. When a workpiece is manually placed inside the hood, a sensor detects it and automatically activates the air blow. Two air nozzles blowing from the left and right can instantly remove dust from large workpieces. It is equipped with a high-performance filter for dry fine dust. The exhaust from the dust collector does not contaminate the indoor environment. Cleaning or replacing the filter inside the dust collector can be easily done by removing the front cover. The static electricity removal device is equipped with an abnormal monitoring function. It has a control circuit that activates the power supply of the static electricity removal device only after exhausting the gases accumulated inside the hood. (The static electricity remover starts operating 7 seconds after the power is turned on.)
