Email Misdelivery Prevention Measures and others - safeAttach EVS (Service)
safeAttach EVS (cloud service)
A cloud service called "safeAttach EVS" that enables small and medium-sized users to realize the elimination of PPAP and measures against email misdelivery.
The process of sending a password-protected ZIP file via email and notifying the password later by email is called PPAP. There is a movement to reconsider this PPAP. Triggered by Minister Hirai's comments, it has started with central government agencies and is spreading to local governments and related organizations across the country. Additionally, private companies are also actively reconsidering the practice of sending password-protected ZIP files via email. SafeAttach EVS is a useful service as an alternative to the PPAP operation style. It provides a system for email sending that corresponds to new ways of working, such as PPAP alternatives, moving away from PPAP, measures against email misdelivery, and converting email attachments to URL downloads. This system is widely adopted across various industries, including companies, schools, and hospitals. There are VPS services available for scales of hundreds or thousands of users. *Please contact us directly at sales@swatbrains.co.jp first.
