It was custom-designed and manufactured for liquid stirring in a 200L drum. Typically, a liquid drum shaker is used for stirring liquids in drums. After testing a standard liquid drum shaker, we found that it could not handle the materials in their standard form, along with various requests from the customer, which led us to create a custom machine. 【Points of Custom Design】 - To ensure strength, the shaft is supported by bearings on both sides instead of a cantilever bearing. - Due to structural reasons, the pressure-resistant explosion-proof specifications do not meet the intended use, so the control panel and motor box are air-purged with pressure monitoring. - The foot-pedal operation has been automated using an air cylinder. - An attachment for pails has been manufactured. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
