Cloud-based authentication service 'Cisco Duo'

basic information

**Overview** With the expansion of cloud computing and the ongoing transition to telework, corporate information is increasingly moving beyond traditional in-house environments, leading to an expansion of organizational boundaries. In a telework environment, devices may fall outside the monitoring of IT personnel, creating a risk that users are left to manage them on their own. This vulnerability can be exploited, targeting information used for authentication such as IDs and passwords, which can lead to fraudulent activities like impersonation. *Over 80% of hacking-related breaches are associated with password leaks or weak passwords.* To address such situations, "Zero Trust Network" is gaining attention. Establishing a security framework based on the premise of being attacked and building a "Zero Trust Network" will become the standard moving forward. In this context, the solution focused on the rapidly expanding telework environment is 'Cisco Duo'. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.*
