No worries about corrosion without using flux! A gas welding rod that allows for the repair and joining of a wide range of aluminum products.
The "AL Weld-kun YK-388" is a second-generation gas welding rod developed for aluminum buildup and joining, which was previously thought to be difficult. It melts at 388 degrees, making it suitable for repairing holes in thin sheets like aluminum cans, as well as for buildup on cracks. It can be used for various aluminum products. Additionally, since it does not use flux, there is no need to clean the material, and there is no concern about corrosion after welding. 【Mechanical Properties】 ■ Hardness: Brinell 100 Reference: Duralumin A2017 ■ Tensile Strength: 47,000 PSI (33 kg/mm²) Reference: Duralumin A2017 (38 kg/mm²) ■ Coefficient of Thermal Expansion: 15×10⁻⁶/℃ ■ Specific Gravity: 6.7 ■ Melting Point: 388–390℃ *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Our company provides sales of necessary equipment and water-based paints for automotive bodywork and painting factories, as well as various consulting services such as odor control measures in painting facilities and obtaining disassembly maintenance certification. We also conduct various training programs for automotive repair shops. We offer our original products for automotive repair shops, including UV-curing putty, air tools, repair history determination machines, Repair King systems, and work process management boards. Based on our past experience and knowledge, we support various factories and industrial waste disposal businesses that are struggling with odors from paints and painting. Our achievements include serving various painting factories (automotive repair, parts manufacturing, signage, etc.), FRP factories, ceramic factories, and industrial waste disposal. We own an automotive repair shop and provide various technical training using that equipment. We offer training for new technicians in bodywork and painting, calibration for vehicles equipped with ADAS, and training for the introduction of plastic welding machines. Using the above equipment, we provide calibration inspections ("aiming") for vehicles equipped with ADAS. We also undertake repairs of plastic parts for older vehicles where parts supply has stopped, repairs of motorcycle fairings, and expensive headlight repairs.
