"On Trak" detects early failures of bearings and provides real-time alerts. It is designed to be simple and scalable, particularly to prevent lubrication issues with bearings before they occur. Furthermore, it can aggregate 16 sensors in one unit, achieving a compactness that is unprecedented (compared to manufacturer products). Using Wi-Fi, SIM, and Ethernet, it can display equipment and sensor data in real-time through any device (smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.). It is designed for bearing diagnostics and combines an always-on monitoring system compatible with IoT and an automatic lubrication device. Using ultrasonic technology, it is a new type of automatic lubrication system that supplies only the necessary amount of lubricant when the bearing requires it.
