We present a case where over 95% of the attachment was removed, and cleaning was completed with a simple jet wash!

The cooling water for the diesel engine used for self-generation is cooled by a rooftop cooling tower through a plate-type heat exchanger. Every year, this plate-type heat exchanger would accumulate severe scale and dirt, requiring acid cleaning. In the comparison after the installation of the Polar system, over 95% of the accumulation was eliminated, and cleaning was completed with a simple jet wash. Both the client and the management were very satisfied with the effectiveness of the Polar system.
