Effect on rust on the inner surface of pipes, how effective is it against scale adhesion?
When cooling circulating water is treated magnetically with a Polar Water Conditioner, we conducted tests to determine the effectiveness against rust on the inner surface of pipes and the extent of scale adhesion. The testing method involved two identical cooling systems; one was equipped with the Polar unit, which treated the circulating water through a bypass, while the other remained untreated for comparison. The inner surface of the pipes using the Polar unit showed a coating of white calcium powder crystals adhering to the uneven surface of the pipes, effectively suppressing the progression of rust.
