Completely air-operated magnetic pump

The SLK series magnetic pumps are seal-less pumps that enable long periods of dry running by suppressing the sliding heat generated during dry operation. Since the sliding heat does not increase, there is no concern about failures due to thermal shock, and they also excel in durability. The pump casing and impeller structure have been redesigned to significantly improve pump efficiency. This expands the performance range as a pump for medium flow rates, making it easier to select the appropriate model. Additionally, improved workability allows for a reduction in maintenance costs. *Not suitable for transferring liquids containing slurries.

【Features】 ● There is no liquid leakage from the pump casing due to the magnet system using permanent magnets without a power transmission shaft. ● Complete dry running is possible (utility model application submitted). ● Long-duration dry running is achieved by suppressing the sliding heat during dry operation. ● There is no increase in sliding heat, eliminating concerns about failures due to thermal shock. ● The pump casing and impeller structure have been redesigned to improve pump efficiency. ● It can be removed while in the pump assembly state. ● Corrosion due to liquid dripping during pump and piping disassembly has been improved. ● All models use a loose flange type. ● The main material (pump casing) is made of corrosion-resistant PP (polypropylene), and depending on the chemical solution, PPS (polyphenylene sulfide) and PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) are also available. ● PPS is used for the material of the magnet casing. ● It cannot be used for the transfer of liquids containing slurry. ◎ For more detailed information, please refer to the catalog or contact us directly.
