Workload reduced by half compared to file server operations! Document management case study at a subsidiary with manual organization.
At the manual maintenance subsidiary of a vending machine manufacturing company, the same modification work was required for several models regarding the common sections/similar products of the product manuals. Therefore, we introduced our drawing and document management system 'D-QUICK7'. The requirements for the system included the sharing of the same page files and the ability to search and view manual data. After implementation, by utilizing the linking function, we achieved a reduction in workload by half compared to operating a file server. [Issues] - The same modification work was required for several models regarding the common sections/similar products of the product manuals. - Improve work efficiency (correction work, post-correction checking work) - Reduce human errors and omissions in corrections/checking of corrections *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
