Powerfully melt snow and ice with far infrared rays and electric heat! We offer four main types to suit different usage locations!
The "Far Infrared Snow Melting System" is an energy-efficient low-temperature snow melting system that effectively works on snow and ice by utilizing far infrared rays. Since far infrared rays do not travel through the air but directly reach snow and ice, they are not affected by air flow (such as wind) and penetrate deeply into snow and ice, working on the deeper layers. Additionally, our company offers four main types tailored to different usage locations, including "radiation type," "road type," and "mat type." 【Features】 ■ Energy-efficient with low maintenance costs ■ Eco-friendly and clean snow melting ■ Compatible with 100V and 200V ■ Durable and long-lasting excellent product *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Detailed information
-
This is a photo of the snow melting situation of infrared road heating in a special heavy snowfall area in Nagano Prefecture. It was taken half a day after the snowfall became gentle, with a total snowfall of 60 cm for the day. This system is a single-phase 100V specification, installed next to the snow melting area to allow passengers to get out of the car without getting their shoes wet.
-
This is a photo of the installation status of infrared road heating in a general residential area. It melts snow from the entrance to the carport. This is a single-phase 200V specification.
-
This is a situational photo of the snow melting on the road surface using an infrared radiation snow melting system installed at the entrance in the upper center. This product radiates infrared rays in a circular area of about 7 square meters from a height of 2.7 meters, as recommended by the manufacturer, and is utilized for point snow melting and freezing areas such as entrances and stairs.

In the case of far-infrared roof snow melting (net type), it is a situation where the eaves adjacent to neighboring houses are being melted in a special heavy snowfall area within Nagano Prefecture. If there are fixed parts such as L angles for snow retention, it can also be installed on the eaves of existing roofs. The dimensions can be custom-made to fit the site, and if conditions permit, options for 100V or 200V are also available.

We are in the process of installing a far-infrared snow melting mat. By using a rubber component infused with far-infrared elements and a covering for the electric heating cable that also incorporates far-infrared elements, we have achieved energy-efficient low-temperature snow melting compared to conventional electric heating methods.
-
In the special heavy snowfall area of the northern part of Nagano Prefecture, we are currently using infrared roof snow melting (net type) for roof snow melting. By installing this product, we have ensured the safety of residents walking near the eaves and prevented snow from falling onto public roads. Additionally, since it was installed to the length that contacts the rain gutter (horizontal gutter), it has prevented the formation of icicles in the rain gutter and also prevented the occurrence of snow cornices.
-
This is a situation where infrared snow-melting mats for stairs have been installed in a heavy snowfall area. Due to the failure of the existing electric road heating system, emergency installation of the mats was carried out to prevent residents from slipping due to freezing and snowfall. The quantity, width, and length of the infrared snow-melting mats were custom-made based on electrical requirements and site conditions, and they are compatible with 200V. (The delivery time is 75 days from the formal order.) The low-temperature snow melting using infrared and electric heating is more energy-efficient compared to the existing electric heating system.
-
During new construction or large-scale roof repairs, there are sites where infrared heating cables are installed beneath the roofing material. Compared to the net-type installed on existing roofs, this method experiences less damage from aging and is expected to have a longer lifespan. Additionally, depending on the condition of the roof, there may be cases where a unit type that is pre-manufactured by the manufacturer for easy installation is used, or where cables are delivered in rolls for processing on-site.
-
For existing roofs, we offer a custom panel type with infrared snow melting cables wired internally. The photo shows an installation in a region with heavy snowfall, where the upper snow guard L-angle and the lower rain gutter are secured with wires. (The panels are processed with consideration for wire fixation.) The color of the panels can be selected, and compared to infrared roof snow melting (net type), they are aesthetically pleasing and expected to be more durable for long-term use.
