■Wide Dynamic Range The MATRIX-MG series gas analyzers are ideal for continuous automatic quantification of gas composition. Equipped with gas cells of optical path lengths of 0.1m (MG01), 2m (MG2), and 5m (MG5), the MATRIX-MG series can detect and quantify a wide range of gas components from a few ppb to 100% concentration. ■Fully Automatic Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis The MATRIX-MG can continuously measure infrared spectra at a maximum of 5 scans per second at a resolution of 0.5 cm-1, and up to 30 scans per second at 4 cm-1. The all-in-one software package OPUS GA automatically quantifies the concentration of each component in the sample gas in real-time based on the measured spectra, using nonlinear fitting capabilities. During this process, the quantification values are corrected for the effects of spectral interference between coexisting gases, as well as changes in the temperature and pressure of the sample gas, and calibration with standard gases is not required. ■High Versatility With over 300 types of gases that can be quantified, the MATRIX-MG series can be used in a variety of process applications.
