[Usage Example] Busbar Connection Element (Seal Contact)

Introducing a case where the heating and poor conductivity at busbar connection points in the steelmaking site were improved!

At the site of the steel mill in Hyogo Prefecture, issues such as heat generation and poor electrical contact at the connection points between busbars had been a problem for some time. In particular, the heat generation at the busbar connection points could exceed 200°C due to electrical current, posing a risk of fire and other disasters, necessitating improvements. In response, we introduced our "Busbar Connection Element (Seal Contact)." As a result, the heat generation at the connection points between busbars was significantly reduced, and we were also able to improve the poor electrical contact that had previously occurred during busbar connections.
