It is a rehabilitation material made of thermoplastic resin and glass fibers, which becomes a rehabilitation pipe by melting the resin with heat and impregnating it. By varying the amount of fibers, it is possible to adjust the thickness and strength. This technology uses appropriate fiber materials to manufacture pipes on-site while rehabilitating, representing an ideal conceptual technology and a groundbreaking idea that has not existed before. 【Applications】 ● Reconstruction and extension of the lifespan of aging or damaged sewer pipes (Ø100 to 600) ● Restoration of strength ● Improvement of water-tightness against infiltrating water, enhancement of flow characteristics, improvement of corrosion resistance, prevention of tree root intrusion, and enhancement of seismic resistance 【Features】 ● By changing raw materials such as polypropylene and polyvinyl chloride, it is possible to rehabilitate non-standard pipes. ● The thickness and strength of the rehabilitation pipe can be freely set by varying the weaving thickness of the fiber bundles. ● The rehabilitation material is a fabric, making it easy to insert into manholes. ● The thermoplastic resin melts quickly by being made into a fibrous form. ● There are no joints or steps as the fibers melt and form the rehabilitation pipe. ● Since it handles fibrous materials, it is less likely to undergo chemical reactions at room temperature, allowing for long-term storage. ● It can accommodate pressure pipelines.
