Public Parking Lot Construction Achievements: Self-Contained Multi-Story Parking Lot Yuuken Park (3)

On the first floor, there is the "Odawara Citizen Exchange Center." We will introduce examples of construction using traditional methods for stores with parking lots.

We would like to introduce a case study of the self-driving multi-story parking lot, Yuuken Park. This is a conventional construction method parking facility that includes a "Citizen Activity Plaza" and conference rooms on the first floor. Since it exceeds 100 meters in length, there are stairs leading to the elevator located in the central part of each floor. Additionally, due to the conventional construction method, fireproof coverings and fixed fire extinguishing equipment, which are not required for certified methods, have been installed.
