If you are heating substances with low boiling points or flammable materials, please use a water bath. When handling heated glass, always use heat-resistant gloves or specialized tongs to prevent burns. When used under reduced pressure, round-bottom flasks, pear-shaped flasks, and Kjeldahl flasks are used for chemical reaction tests and reduced pressure distillation tests.
