【Other Features】 ■ During arc generation, the process involves feeding the wire towards the molten pool and immediately retracting it upon detecting a short circuit, which significantly reduces heat input by cooling the molten pool. ■ The retraction of the wire promotes the separation of molten droplets. ■ By controlling the current to a minimum during a short circuit, it enables the transition of molten droplets with spatter reduced to the extreme. ■ Regardless of the shape of the work surface or the welding speed, the arc length is detected and wire supply is adjusted, allowing for stable welding in various positions and orientations. ■ Capable of welding thin sheets up to 0.3mm with a high welding speed: 50% increase (compared to pulse arc welding). ■ Heat input: approximately 90% reduction, with reduced distortion (compared to TIG and pulse arc welding). *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
