This is a simple LED outdoor light that illuminates construction temporary signs. It operates with a flashing mode, turning on for one second and off for one second. There is a fall prevention wire connecting the main body and the mounting bracket. (It comes with a carabiner, making it easy to detach.) It is rechargeable via USB Type-C.
