Using a high-speed, high-precision 8K line scan camera, the machine's structure is simple and free from failures, with high accuracy in foreign object removal, automatically eliminating foreign objects (ceramics, stones) within the cullet. It features low false reactions and a low defect rate. Cullet is allowed to free fall, and using a light transmission method, it accurately identifies cullet and foreign objects instantaneously. A special LED bar lighting source is used to enhance the light transmission of the cullet, enabling stable foreign object detection. Our unique ejector control has been introduced to improve foreign object removal accuracy. The color settings of the flowing cullet and the size of foreign objects can be configured via a touch panel. We automate the sorting of cullet that is currently done manually in factories. This is a fully domestically produced cullet automatic sorting machine. While automatic sorting machines in the cullet recycling industry are mainly imported, our company has developed a cullet automatic sorting machine from scratch that boasts performance comparable to that of other manufacturers. Year by year, its performance has improved, and it has now been upgraded to version 9. It features 70 ejectors (air guns), Mac valves (made in the USA), high-brightness LED lighting, and high-uniformity LED lighting. The cullet processing capacity is 1 to 5 tons per hour, with a product recovery rate of over 90-95%. The foreign object removal rate is 95-100%, with an average of 95%. For mixed cullet, the product recovery rate is 90-95% with a foreign object removal rate of 95%. For flint cullet, the product recovery rate is 97% with a foreign object removal rate of 95%. For amber cullet, the product recovery rate is 90% with a foreign object removal rate of 95%. It can remove foreign objects sized from 2 to 60 mm. All parts are made from domestic components, allowing for immediate maintenance in case of failure. Only the air guns are made by Mac (USA). The cullet supply feeder has a width of 500 mm to 1000 mm and a depth of 1500 mm, supplying 1 to 5 tons per hour.

In the Vision & Robot System Development Department, we develop vision systems for robot systems and robot system development.
