We have made progress in enabling color sorting of glass bottles using AI image processing at our company. The features include: 1. A highly efficient device at a very competitive price, with detection accuracy between 90% and 99%. 2. The learning data consists only of the colors of bottles to be sorted. 3. No need to train on items like empty cans or PET bottles! 4. Lighting uses only commonly used white LEDs, without special light sources. 5. AI image processing utilizes the world-class deep learning capabilities of HALCON. 6. Thanks to a special learning method, the amount of image data required for training can be minimized.

We are pleased to announce that our glass recycling sorter has evolved to the 9th generation. We have reviewed the shortcomings of the 8th generation and made performance improvements.
