The eONE series is a precision temperature and humidity control unit that won the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Award at the 2015 Energy Conservation Grand Prize. The smallest model in the series, the eONE-40, has compacted its ultra-energy-saving technology. It generates heat solely through recovered heat utilization, without using electric heaters or boilers. Temperature and humidity management is possible with just the supply of cooling water and humidification water. The improvement in energy consumption efficiency leads to a significant reduction in power consumption compared to conventional units equipped with electric heaters. - Pioneering 100% recovered heat utilization heating (Patent No. 4593689) - Direct heat source-free - Up to 80% energy savings compared to direct expansion cooling units and electric heater-equipped systems.

The mechanism of 100% heat recovery utilization. eONE performs humidification using heat recovered from cooling water and reheating using heat recovered from intake air. Additionally, the surplus heat recovered from intake air (specifically, the input from the compressor) is discharged to the cooling water. Temperature and humidity control is achieved without using any direct heat sources such as electric heaters or boilers.

The compact eONE-40 is ideal for managing temperature and humidity in clean booths and existing indoor spaces. It supports cleanliness levels from Class 1000. Nitto Cold and Heat Manufacturing has also received high praise for its FFU (Fan Filter Unit) used in clean rooms.
