It generates heat electrically with a uniformly warm rubber heating element, warming the entire surface, reaching temperatures of up to approximately 60°C, and becoming warm within about 10 seconds after turning on the power. Using a heating element that is about 1mm thick, it is lightweight and soft, allowing for continuous use of over 8.5 hours. (Applicable for LI-ULTRA1 7.2V) Additionally, it is water-resistant, so the heating element can be washed while attached.
