Introduction of a case where connectors and couplings on the welding line can be automatically attached and detached together!
The welding transfer device and jig were each connected with electrical connectors and air couplings. Previously, electricity and air were manually connected and disconnected separately, but by combining air and electricity, it became possible to do it in one process. Additionally, by sliding the connector on the rail, it became possible to automatically connect and disconnect. The contacts use a special spring connector that maintains a constant contact pressure, resulting in a longer lifespan and reduced frequency of replacement compared to the connectors previously used.
