The connectors for the engine parts assembly device were originally manually plugged and unplugged for electrical and air connections. However, since there were multiple connections for each, this process took a lot of time and sometimes caused electrical connectivity issues at the connector part. As a result, when we aimed to improve productivity in the factory, this issue was raised as an area for improvement, and we consolidated everything to allow for automatic connection and disconnection. As a result, the work time was shortened, leading to an increase in productivity. Additionally, the connectors we introduced use special spring contacts that maintain consistent contact pressure, eliminating connectivity issues, and the staff has reported that "it has become much easier to work with."
