Non-excavation sewer pipeline (small to medium diameter, φ200 to φ700) water stop measures technology. Prevents inflow water (leakage) with a cylindrical stainless steel and rubber sleeve.
This is a non-excavation repair method designed to prevent the infiltration of water (leakage) from joints and cracks in pipes with a diameter of Ø700mm or less. By expanding and securing a cylindrical repair component made of a stainless steel sleeve and a rubber sleeve, the water-stopping structure provided in the rubber sleeve is installed in a compressed state against the inner surface of the pipe, ensuring a reliable watertight effect. 【Applications】 ● Repair of pipes (circular pipes) 【Features】 ● Excellent water-stopping performance: By expanding and securing the stainless steel sleeve, the water-stopping mechanism of the rubber sleeve is compressed against the inner surface of the pipe, demonstrating high watertight performance. ● Superior durability: The factory-produced stainless steel and rubber sleeves have stable quality and do not deteriorate even when exposed to water during installation. After installation, they exhibit long-term durability against aging and chemical substances contained in sewage. ● Excellent workability: If the water level is below the level where the TV camera is submerged, installation can be performed even in a flowing state. ● Easy tracking and investigation: All components have identification numbers engraved, making post-installation tracking and traceability easy.

Since its establishment, our company has played a role in national construction, primarily focusing on the "ground improvement field" with our unique grouting method. Subsequently, in response to the changes in social infrastructure development, we have refined our technologies to adapt to the needs of the times and, at times, acquired new ones to expand our business scope. As a result, we have now established three main pillars: "ground improvement business," "slope disaster prevention business," and "pipeline business."
