Non-excavation sewer pipeline (large diameter, φ800 to φ3500) water stop measures technology. Prevents inflow of water (leakage) with a cylindrical stainless steel and rubber sleeve.
This is a non-excavation repair method for stopping inflow water and leakage points occurring in medium to large diameter pipes with a diameter of Ø800mm or more. The three-part stainless steel sleeve can be securely installed and fixed using a small dedicated hydraulic jack, allowing for reliable construction even in flowing conditions. It forms a rigid integrated ring, demonstrating high water-stopping performance, even in large cross-sections. For pipe diameters of Ø3100 or more, a four-part system is used. 【Applications】 ● Repair of pipes (circular pipes) 【Features】 ● Excellent water-stopping performance: By expanding and fixing the stainless steel sleeve, the rubber sleeve's water-stopping mechanism is compressed and installed against the inner surface of the pipe, providing high water-tight performance. ● Excellent durability: The factory-produced stainless steel and rubber sleeves have stable quality and do not deteriorate when exposed to water during construction. After installation, they exhibit long-term durability against aging and chemical substances contained in sewage. ● Excellent workability: Construction is possible even in flowing conditions with a water level of 25% of the pipe diameter (or below 40cm from the knee). ● Easy traceability: All components are stamped with identification numbers, making post-construction traceability easy.

Since its establishment, our company has played a role in national construction, primarily focusing on the "ground improvement field" with our unique grouting method. Subsequently, in response to the changes in social infrastructure development, we have refined our technologies to adapt to the needs of the times and, at times, acquired new ones to expand our business scope. As a result, we have now established three main pillars: "ground improvement business," "slope disaster prevention business," and "pipeline business."
