It enables pressure testing in laboratories as well as on-site in plants and factories. Despite its very compact size, it can easily and accurately generate high pressures of up to 700 bar or 1,000 bar. This hand test pump has been specially developed for generating test pressure in the field. After connecting the test item and a reference pressure measuring device with sufficient accuracy to the test pump, operating the pump will apply the same pressure to both measuring devices. By comparing the two measurements at any pressure value, you can verify accuracy and adjust the pressure measuring device being tested. Despite its very compact size, switching from system pressure to high pressure generation is easy, allowing for simple and accurate pressure generation up to a maximum of 700 bar or 1,000 bar, respectively. To conduct accurate comparative tests, the pump is equipped with a fine adjustment valve. Use hydraulic oil free of calcium carbonate or pure water as the pressure transmission medium.
