The CPP7-H serves as a pressure generator for the testing, adjustment, and calibration of mechanical and electronic pressure measuring devices through comparative measurement. Such pressure tests can be conducted in laboratories, workshops, or on-site. After connecting the test item and a high-precision reference measuring device to the hand test pump, operating the pump supplies the same pressure to both measuring devices. By comparing the measurements at any pressure value, accuracy checks and adjustments of the pressure measuring device under test can be performed. To accurately adjust to the measurement point, the hand test pump is equipped with a fine-tuning valve. The CPP7-H is a pneumatic hand test pump that can switch to generate vacuum down to -800 mbar and supports a low-pressure range of up to 7 bar. The achievable maximum pressure or vacuum level depends on the connected test volume. With smooth pressure generation and the built-in fine-tuning valve, very small positive or negative pressures in the mbar range can be set safely and accurately. The test item and reference measuring device can be easily connected via a T-connector for hose connections.
