The pressure range is -0.1 to 600 MPa, and it is a high-precision digital pressure calibrator with a replaceable pressure sensor that has a measurement accuracy of FS ±0.025%.
It can be used with pressure sensors that have a maximum accuracy of 0.025% and can handle up to 600 MPa. The reference pressure sensor can also be used with external pressure supply. When changing the pressure sensor, the main unit automatically recognizes it, so no reconfiguration is necessary. Each operation is recorded, allowing for the recording of calibration data from multiple calibrations or the automatic calculation of switch hysteresis, for example. <Product Specifications> - Pressure Range: -0.1 to 600 MPa - Units: mbar, bar, psi, Pa, hPa, kPa, MPa, mmHg, cmHg, inHg, mmH2O, cmH2O, mH2O, inH2O, kg/cm², any pressure unit of your choice - Accuracy: Maximum FS ±0.025% - IP Rating: IP65 - Operating Modes: Calibration, Switch Test, Pressure Measurement <Usage Conditions> Ambient Temperature: 0 ... +50 °C Storage Temperature: -20 ... +70 °C Humidity: 0 ... 85 % r. h. basic information
To provide solutions tailored to your needs, it can be used with a variety of pressure sensors that offer up to 0.025% accuracy and a measurement range of up to 600 MPa. The reference pressure sensor can optionally be used with an external pressure supply via a connection cable approximately 1.2 meters long. If the reference pressure sensor of the device is changed, the calibrator body will recognize the new measurement range, so users do not need to set it from the menu. The functional setup menu includes three operating modes, and in the calibration and pressure switching test modes, the menu assistant feature supports users. Each operation is recorded, allowing for the recording of calibration data from multiple calibrations or the automatic calculation of switch hysteresis, for example. There is a protected electrical input and output to supply power to the test item and read its measurement signal.
