Maintaining the same level as new oil without additional oil, and without oil costs! A case where failures in hydraulic systems such as solenoid valves have significantly decreased.
The coke oven machinery is an important piece of equipment, so we want to reduce the risk of hydraulic system failures. There was a problem of wanting to reduce maintenance such as oil leaks and oil changes. Therefore, we introduced high-performance filtration systems for industrial oil to four units. Additionally, we selected options such as using elements specifically for water-glycol-based oil and changing the pump seals to Viton. After the introduction, we were able to maintain oil quality comparable to new oil without any oil changes, and the hydraulic system failures, such as those related to solenoid valves, significantly decreased. [Summary of Measures] ■ Introduced high-performance filtration systems for industrial oil to four units ■ Used elements specifically for water-glycol-based oil and changed pump seals to Viton ■ Implemented dust prevention measures with IP34 dust-proof specifications ■ Upgraded motor insulation class considering high-temperature environments *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
