We change the oil twice a year, but there is significant contamination of the lubricant, which poses a risk of thrust bearing damage, and there were unnecessary costs for oil and labor associated with the oil changes. Therefore, we introduced a high-performance filtration system for industrial oil and filtered all machines in a circulating manner. As a result, we were able to circulate and filter all machines to the level of new oil in about two months, reducing the labor time required for oil replacement and gaining other benefits.
