Vibration-resistant, non-loosening washer [Titanic]

It uses an internal spring to pull the bolt and a magic ring to tighten it, reducing looseness. This next-generation joint hardware withstands significant forces with light tightening force. [Judging Comments] Japan's traditional wooden construction methods were designed to adapt to changes over time and displacement through skillful joints and connections. In modern times, these methods have been replaced by hardware, achieving strong rigidity while also addressing issues arising from the differences in material properties between metal and wood. Loosening of bolts due to wood shrinkage and vibrations is one such issue, and while there have been responses using spring nuts and washers, this product significantly enhances performance. The spring that follows wood shrinkage and the ring that suppresses the rotation of the bolt maintain the tightening force. Ensuring the basic structural performance continues over time is the foundation of the architectural expression experienced through the ages.
