OWL saves work data to servers such as Linux and NAS. It can also be used on Windows machines that can create shared folders, even if there are no Linux or NAS servers available. Example 1) For employees who primarily work in-house but occasionally work externally, such as on business trips: → Usually register work on the company LAN. When working externally, register the data in the database after returning to the office. Example 2) For employees who always work externally: → The work leader at the external site compiles the record files (CSV) and sends them to the management responsible. Example 3) In cases where there are branches in various locations: → Aggregate the record files (CSV) sent from the branches using Excel macros.
