**Main Features** ■ Seamless Lining Coating Using a dipping method, the entire surface of the base material is coated (lined) without seams, resulting in a reliable lining with no pinholes. ■ Durable and Thick Lining Coating A semi-rigid and thick lining coating that excels in impact resistance and weather resistance. It is possible to achieve a standard film thickness of 3mm or more. ■ Strong Adhesion to Base Metal Unlike typical resin coatings, KS coating firmly adheres the lining film to the base metal through a special primer treatment. ■ Capable of Coating Large Base Materials As a semi-rigid PVC lining using the dipping method, it can form some of the largest items in Japan. It can line items up to 1.6M wide, 6.0M long, and 1.5M high in a single operation. ■ Capable of Handling Complex Shapes Coating complex shapes such as header pipes, perforated plates, and expansion vanes, which are difficult with manual lining, can be easily accomplished. ■ Color: Black
