In the automotive industry, the use of molds under harsh conditions, such as high-strength steel plates (high-tensile materials) and thick plates, has been advancing, and suppressing localized elastic deformation that induces coating delamination has become a challenge. SEAVAC's original PVD coating, ZERO-I, not only addresses this challenge but also achieves a high hardness of Hv3,500, surpassing TiCN and TiAlN.
