Birth of a release/non-stick coating for thin films
A non-stick coating has been developed that combines release properties and water repellency comparable to fluoropolymer processing (tetrafluoroethylene resin). It is effective against adhesion from adhesives, glues, and molten plastics.

basic information
1. The film thickness is at the nanometer level. It is a coating that is far thinner compared to the 20-30μm of fluororesin coatings. Especially when applied to sharp blades such as cutting edges, it prevents adhesion without compromising cutting performance. 2. Since the processing temperature is between room temperature and below 100°C, there is no concern about hardness reduction or dimensional changes. 3. Heat resistance: It can be used at high temperatures (around 300°C) where fluororesins cannot be used. 4. Adhesion: Thanks to groundbreaking technology, it has a high level of adhesion that was not achievable with conventional methods. 5. By combining with wear-resistant ceramic films, it exhibits excellent wear resistance.

Simply having a low price or a short delivery time does not differentiate us from other companies, so we work with your representatives to achieve total cost performance through meetings and proposals. Surface treatment (surface modification) comes in various forms. If you consult with us, we can recommend the best type of coating if you provide us with information about any issues or your current situation.
