You can convert the centerline of pipes, composed of straight lines and arcs designed in your 3D CAD, into a processing program using the included IGES converter. This allows for flexible prototyping similar to a 3D printer. 3. Our machine excels at handling large radii at the meter level, complex R with varying bending radii, and three-dimensional complex R/bending with gradual changes, which are challenging for conventional pipe benders. 4. To prioritize the freedom of bending processing, we do not use a mandrel. The minimum bending radius is 3DR. 5. We welcome both prototyping and mass production.
