A compact IR light source with a wide wavelength range from 2um to 20um.
Infrasolid's HIS SMD series is a compact and powerful SMD package infrared radiation source. It can be used for a wide range of applications including gas detection, breath analysis, and smart devices. Thanks to its unique gold nanorod structure, it provides broadband, high-efficiency infrared radiation. Energy savings have been achieved by cutting output in unnecessary wavelength ranges. It is ideal for portable applications. Our patented unique manufacturing process allows for flexible production of emitter shapes. Emitters are available without a window, as well as with Si-ARC, sapphire, or ZnSe windows. We also offer a CAN-type IR light source lineup. For more details, please contact our representative.
