Report on Measures to Reduce Anaerobic Biological Treatment Gas Remaining (Dissolved) in Wastewater Discharge
We will introduce a report on measures to reduce anaerobic biological treatment gas remaining (dissolved) in wastewater discharge.
Our company has promoted the oxidation of hydrogen sulfide gas through the supply of oxygen ultra-fine bubble (O2UFB) gas, aiming to reduce odors. This time, we selected oxygen UFB treatment as a measure against hydrogen sulfide gas, which has proven effective for us. In the test tank, the dissolved oxygen concentration in the hydrogen sulfide dissolved water rose immediately after the start of the test, confirming that the oxidation reaction proceeded very quickly. Under high-concentration oxygen water conditions, hydrogen sulfide gas loses hydrogen and chemically transforms into sulfur (sulfide), becoming odorless. [Test Results (Excerpt)] - Treated Water: Sample taken from anaerobic treated water (direct sampling) just before inflow into the discharge tank - Treated Water Volume: 500L (to confirm the reactivity relative to the target water volume) - Water Temperature: 32°C / Oxygen Saturation Concentration: 7.5mg/L - Dissolved Oxygen Concentration: 0.85mg/L / Anaerobic Condition *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
