We manufacture tapered pipes and short pipes in small lots. Please also consider us for applications other than piping, such as for steel structures and welded structures.
A tapered pipe is a piping product manufactured from steel plates, featuring a slope and longitudinal weld seam, and refers to anything other than a reducer in the standards for welded pipe fittings. Reducers have specifications for product height (length) and step differences (the difference in diameters of the connecting pipes), but during piping installation, there may be cases where products with different heights or step differences from the standards are required. In such cases, tapered pipes can be utilized. Short pipes can also be supplied as needed, with the required length and end processing for short steel pipe components necessary for piping design. These products contribute to reducing construction time and improving on-site construction efficiency for our customers. Please consult us regarding diameter, plate thickness (product thickness), length, etc. Additionally, materials can be manufactured from carbon steel, high-strength steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, and non-ferrous metals such as aluminum. Both tapered pipes and short pipes can be ordered from a single small lot. Tapered pipes can accommodate both concentric and eccentric designs. In addition to piping applications, how about considering them for steel structures or welded structures? We can provide various proposals based on your requests and conditions, so please feel free to contact us for more details.
