It is a chemically cross-linked PVC compound that does not require large-scale irradiation facilities for cross-linking and has good heat deformation rate and wear resistance.
This is a vinyl chloride resin crosslinked using our unique chemical crosslinking technology. It is particularly excellent in heat resistance and solvent resistance, and is used for applications such as electrical wires and masking films. The features are as follows: - No need for large-scale irradiation equipment - Good heat deformation rate, wear resistance, cut-through resistance, soldering resistance, and spatter resistance - No shape constraints compared to irradiation crosslinking - Minimal color degradation due to crosslinking - Non-heavy metal formulation, compliant with RoHS 2.0

Nippilinker contains a crosslinking agent pre-mixed with the resin, and by heating it for a certain period after molding, the PVC resin crosslinks, significantly improving various properties such as heat resistance. While care must be taken with temperature conditions during molding, it can be extruded in the same way as regular flexible PVC. The molded products can be easily crosslinked by simply placing them in a heating furnace and applying the specified temperature and time, which allows for a significant reduction in manufacturing costs compared to irradiation crosslinking that requires large-scale equipment.
