The name "Monaka" originates from a type of Japanese confectionery called "monaka," which consists of two wafers filled with sweet bean paste. 1. Enhanced facilities enable the production of products tailored to your needs When manufacturing large-diameter elbows, a method may be employed that combines steel pipes known as "maita bends" and "ebi pipes" to create elbow shapes. The Monaka manufacturing process requires molds and high-output pressing machines. Our facilities are well-equipped, allowing us to produce products that meet our customers' requirements. 2. Fewer weld seams reduce the risk of welding defects Due to the manufacturing method of combining steel pipes through welding, maita bends tend to have many weld seams, resulting in increased inspections. Our elbows have only two weld seams along the length, significantly fewer than maita bends, thereby reducing the need for inspections on weld seams and minimizing the quality risks associated with welded joints, allowing for safer usage. 3. Smooth shape minimizes the impact on fluids Maita bends have an angular shape due to the combination of steel pipes, while our formed elbows have a smooth R shape, which minimizes the impact on fluids.
