■Types of Blocks ・Uniblock: A block-shaped product made by cutting and compressing blankets in layers. ・Saver Block: A block-shaped product made by folding blankets in an accordion shape and compressing them in layers. ●Bracket (TYPE-S): A type where support bracket fixing stud bolts are pre-welded to the iron sheet, and a metal support bracket is attached with nuts and washers to secure the block. ●Bracket (TYPE-M): A type where the support bracket and block are integrated and fixed from the inside of the furnace with a special nut. ●Bracket (TYPE-T): A type where the support bracket and block are integrated and fixed with a nut on the outside of the casing.
