BSSR series of Isolite Industries' fireproof insulation technology, modular block products made from biocompatible fibers (AES wool).
Iso Wool BSSR blocks are block-shaped products made by cutting (or folding) biodegradable fibers (AES wool) and modularizing them while compressing them in layers. By compressing and layering the blankets, the density can be increased and the thermal conductivity can be reduced. Types of Blocks: - Uniblock: A block-shaped product made by cutting and compressing layered blankets. - Saver Block: A block-shaped product made by folding blankets in an accordion shape and compressing them in layers. - HS Block (Sewn Block): A block-shaped product made by cutting blankets and modularizing them through sewing. ■ Fitting (TYPE-S): This type has support fitting fixing stud bolts pre-welded to the iron sheet, to which metal support fittings are attached using nuts and washers to secure the block. ■ Fitting (TYPE-M): This type has the support fitting and block integrated, fixed from the inside of the furnace with a special nut. ■ Fitting (TYPE-T): This type has the support fitting and block integrated, fixed with a nut on the outside of the casing.
