The types of heat treatment we can perform include "Normalization: Annealing," "SR: Stress Relief Annealing," "Quenching: Hardening," "Tempering: Tempering," or combinations of these treatments. The heat treatment furnaces we possess are batch-type atmospheric furnaces. The larger furnaces are located at our Osaka factory in Hyogo Prefecture, while the medium and smaller ones are at our Osaka factory and our Kiryu factory in Gunma Prefecture. Our company has been dedicated to manufacturing piping components for 62 years, leveraging our expertise and experience as a pipe fitting manufacturing company.
